Wise Home Cooking: One-pan chicken ‘tigania’ with Mushroom saganaki and mustard
Chef Carolina Doriti, mixes the chicken with Wise Greece products and creates for our new Wise Home Cooking series a spicy recipe that you can enjoy either as a main meal or as a meze with your friends!
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1 sweet red pepper, diced
650gr chicken thigh fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 bay leaf
1 tbs olive oil
1 espresso cup dry white wine
1 jar (220gr) Mushroom saganaki mustard & lemon dressing by Terra Fyllida
1 tbs chopped dill
Salt, Black pepper
Place a large skillet on medium high heat. Add in the olive oil and saute the chicken until light brown. Add in the onion and stir until glossy. Add in the garlic, red pepper and bay leaf and saute for another couple of minutes. Add in the wine and stir for another minute. Add in the sauce, stir and bring the heat down to low. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the chicken has cooked through and the sauce has thickened. Stir in the dill and serve over rice.
