Wise Home Cooking: Yoghurt trifle with carob and pistachio crumble and sugar-free sour cherry preserve

Ingredients for 2:
400gr Greek yoghurt
2 Wise Greece Exclusive carob rusks
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
50gr shelled, unsalted pistachios Aegina Nuts
Zest from one small organic lemon
1 jar Sour cherry spoon sweet without sugar To Filema tis Lelas
This is a great way to use all the crumbles of rusks you always end up with!
Put the rusks in a blender and ground. Add the pistachios, cinnamon and lemon zest and pulse just a couple of times, as you want to keep some pistachio chunks in there for extra texture and flavor. Take two glasses and start layering. Add a couple of teaspoons of the carob crumble on the base. Spoon some sour cherries on top. Add a couple of tablespoons of yogurt and repeat in the same order once more. Top the second yogurt layer with some extra sour cherries with syrup and sprinkle with some extra crumble.
